How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, find Draft, and tap Cancel Subscription. If you cancel before the 7-day free trial ends, you will not be charged.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open Draft, go to the paywall screen, and tap Restore. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID, your subscription will be reactivated.
Will my brain dumps stay free after the trial?
Yes. Brain dumps stay free forever, even after the trial ends. The subscription unlocks the 12-week program, Reynolds (your editor), the copywork library, and the full three rings ritual.
I lost my streak after reinstalling the app.
Streak data syncs to your account once you sign in. Sign in with the same email you used originally and your streak will return. If it doesn't, email us with your account email and we'll restore it manually.
Daily reminders are not arriving.
Make sure notifications are enabled for Draft in iOS Settings → Notifications → Draft. The daily reminder is scheduled for 8 AM in your local time zone by default.
How do I request a refund?
All purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Draft purchase, and request a refund.
Two subscription options, both with a 7-day free trial:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the end of the trial. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
